Evan R. Franklin

Evan Franklin is an associate attorney at Schrempf, Kelly, & Napp, Ltd. His practice focuses on Estate Planning, Business Law, Municipal Law, and various other matters.

A graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law, Evan was involved in the Civil Practice/Elder Law Clinic where he provided civil legal services to senior citizens in a 13-county area in Southern Illinois. During the summer of 2018, Evan clerked for the Goldwater Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, focusing on Constitutional Litigation.

Prior to joining Schrempf, Kelly, & Napp, Ltd., Evan was an associate in the St. Louis office of a Decatur, Illinois based law firm providing Creditors’ Rights and other general litigation services to financial institutions in Missouri and Illinois.

Born in St. Louis and raised in the Alton area, Evan is devoted to giving back to the community that he calls home.
